A Louisiana man whose truck was found abandoned more than a month ago in Adams County is still missing.
According to the Adams County Sheriff's Office, deputies recently searched an area not far from where 41-year-old Shaun Thornhill's truck was found on Kingston Road after they developed a new lead. The sheriff’s office did not give any details on the lead.
Thornhill, who is from Mangham, La., was last seen Jan. 22, in St. Francisville, La. His truck was found three days later.
For several days following the discovery of the truck, law enforcement and search and rescue team members in Adams County searched the surrounding woods.
Earlier this month, the Adams County Sheriff’s Office announced the search for Thornhill was moved to St. Francisville, La. – the location of his last reported signing.
Thornhill is a white male, has blue eyes, weighs 180 pounds and is 5-feet-10-inches tall.
Adam’s County authorities are encouraging anyone who sees a person fitting Thornhill’s description to call the sheriff’s office at 601-442-2752.
